🚫 Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent that must include:

  2. A description of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed in error or misidentification.
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.


⚖️ Repeat Infringer Policy

Hackerdost reserves the right to terminate user accounts of repeat infringers, or anyone who uses our platform to violate copyright laws.
